Strategic consultancy

Strategy, as per Mintzberg, can have a variety of definitions. What is in a strategy? Plans? Figures? Behavioral patterns? Goals, or the path leading to those? Competitors, industries, business units? However it may be, one thing is certain: the formulation of a strategy is always an exciting and important process. We love to follow this process, and ask those questions, which can only be asked by the watcher from outside, and, of course, to give structure to the answers.

Organization development

Strategy shows the way forward for the organization, the leaders and the employees. A substantive, complex organization development process puts reality in parallel with the strategy: where is the origin of the path towards the goals, what are the greatest resources and hindrances inside and out, what needs to change or rather, needs to be changed, in order to make good progress. Organization development is always tailored to the particular organization, valid only then and there, and always brings about change, making it one of the most exciting topics of consultancy.

Aviation

Flying is a universal synonym of freedom. Nowadays, however, it is more like air transport than flying. The age of aviator heroes has come to an end: today the question is not about who will conquer the skies, but rather about how to squeeze the largest amount of airspace users in a given airspace block. Aviation is a closed world, but digital technologies are infiltrating and opening it up right now. We are also there, part of this process.

 

Our story

Beck and Partners Intelligence was established in the spring of 2016, with the purpose to integrate the acquired acquaintance on strategy, business development, HR management, organization development, change management and aviation, and leverage this knowledge base for the customers. We have more than 10 years of combined experience on consultancy, analyses, research and management, significant part thereof coming from international context.

Ars Poetica

The main profile of our business is strategic and organization development consultancy. In our belief, every company, every organization needs a strategy, a set of goals and values, according to which it operates. At the same time, the most elaborate strategy and goal-set is useless, if an organization fails to consider the human factors, and does not treat employees and fellow businesses as partners.

How do we work?

We know that no two organizations are the same, nor can be two problems, issues identical. That is the reason why we do not create ready-made consultancy products or standardized solutions, neither do we think that we know best all the answers for all the questions. Instead, following the deepest possible understanding of the particular situation, we assemble the team – whose members we fully trust – which best suits the task, then formulate and implement the solution together, for the benefit of everyone.
